Rogers has over 20 years of professional experience spanning the nursing, healthcare standards, clinical administration, financial, and hospital management arenas.

Before joining the AcuteCare Health System affiliate, Rogers served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer at Columbus Hospital in Newark. Prior to her time at Columbus Hospital, she worked at Kindred Healthcare and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
Rogers earned her Master of Science, Nursing Degree from New York University and her Bachelor of Science, Nursing from The College of Mount Saint Vincent.
